BodyWell expressly disclaims all warranties and responsibilities of any kind, whether express or implied, for the accuracy or reliability of the content of any information contained in its website or in its app. While we have made a great effort to provide you with the most accurate information, our website or app does not replace a visit to your healthcare professional, and any reliance upon or use of this information by you is at your own independent discretion and risk. By using our website and app you agree to these terms and conditions.


Digital Screenings: since there is no screening test with the possibility of determining every possible cause of stroke, heart disease, diabetes or any other chronic condition in their early stages, it is possible to have a normal screen with BodyWell and still suffer a stroke, a heart attack, or develop any chronic condition on the future.

BodyWell is a wellness tool for a proactive approach to health. It measures deviations from optimized health, it does not diagnose diseases. Our screenings do not detect all forms of chronic conditions or diseases and do not replace regular contact and follow-up with your physician. Please refer to your doctor for a deeper interpretation of results, the recommendation of other tests, or medical treatment if needed.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, or any other life-threatening condition, SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. Do not delay, regardless of your BodyWell results.

BodyWell Concierge Service caters to our clients all types of tests including but not limited to COVID-19 and Antibodies, Micronutrients, Telomeres, Allergies, Hormone Balance, and any other test that the company considers important for the improvement of health and knowledge of a person current status. Our tests do not replace medical doctors’ advice, indications, or visits. Our services do not attempt to cure any illness. Our recommendations are for the sole purpose of overall wellness improvement of the client, however, the client is responsible for the decision of having any test performed.

BodyWell does not participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs, and the cost of our services is not covered or reimbursable by any insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid programs. The network of specialists shown on our website, app, and any other marketing material in the areas of Prevention and Wellness, is only for the easiness of the client’s follow up on their wellness journey. They are not BodyWell employees or partners, and their suggestions are the sole responsibility of each specialist.


BodyWell’s Cancellation Policy entitles Concierge Service clients to a full refund if the client calls to cancel her appointment for a minimum of 2 days prior to their COVID tests, any other health and/or wellness tests, and/or preventive digital screening services. In cases where the given notice has been received less than 2 days prior, the booked service will be charged in full. For Drive-Thru Service clients all paid appointments are final, no refund will be issued. BodyWell will gladly re-schedule the client for the next available date or issue a Gift Card for the full amount to be used either by the client, or anyone else he or she chooses for future COVID tests, any other health and/or wellness tests, and/or preventive digital screening services.

This Cancellation policy applies to services to be rendered either to individuals and/or groups of any size.
